BUG TUSSLE – A three-car wreck near the Bug Tussle Dollar General on Alabama Highway 69 South tonight resulted in five people being injured. At least one was airlifted to Huntsville Hospital.
According to Cullman County dispatch, among the five injured were children.
The Cold Springs Volunteer Fire Department, Cullman County Sheriff's Office, Alabama State Troopers, Air Evac Lifeteam and Cullman EMS are all active on the scene.
The road remains closed as of 8:55 p.m.
