CULLMAN – Cullman's Rusken Packaging announced Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of Jackson, Mississippi-based Great Southern Industries, Inc., effective Aug. 25, 2017. Rusken's Executive Vice President Gene Marino announced the news on LinkedIn.
Rusken expects this transaction to expand its presence in the Southeast, leveraging the reach, capabilities, talented team members and the stellar market reputation of Great Southern.
