BREMEN – Two people lost their lives this morning in a fiery crash in the 500 block of County Road 109 near Bremen.
State troopers say the wreck happened at approximately 9:10 a.m., when a single vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree and burned. There were two occupants inside.
Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick confirmed there were two fatalities. "The bodies were sent to Huntsville," he said.
The names of the victims will not be released until official identification through dental records is complete.
