UPDATE: 8:40 p.m. County Road 222 is now open.
GOOD HOPE – A two-car collision on County Road 222 in front of Van's Sporting Goods has resulted in injuries, and the road is temporarily shut down. Motorists should avoid the area.
The Cullman County Sheriff's Office is advising drivers to detour if possible.
No information has been released on the identities of those involved or the extent of any injuries. AirEvac Lifeteam has been active at the scene.
