CULLMAN – The Cullman County Sheriff's Office is participating in the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency's National Prescription Drug Take Back Day this Saturday from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. Cullman County residents can bring their unused or expired medication to the front of the sheriff's office and deputies will dispose of the medication for them safely.
The aim is to provide a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse and medications.
The sheriff's office is located at 1910 Beech Ave. SE.
