BAILEYTON – A Cullman County man was killed early Tuesday morning in a two-car collision on County Road 1595 (Grandiflora Road) near Parkside Elementary School in the Baileyton community.
Joshua Drake Smith, 26, of Cullman was pronounced dead at the scene according to Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick.
Smith was killed when the 2001 Ford he was driving was struck by a 2006 Dodge pickup.
The driver of the pickup was not injured
The crash occurred at 7:12 a.m. No further details are available from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) at this time, as troopers continue to investigate.
