CULLMAN – A Hanceville man was arrested this week and charged with trafficking in illegal drugs after a traffic stop led to the discovery of 10 mg oxycodone pills.
Cullman City Police Department Sgt. Chris Thomason and Capt. Becky Boyd arrested Dale Eugene Black, 47, after they gained consent to search his vehicle and found what the CPD referred to as "a trafficking amount" of oxycodone, which is a schedule 2 controlled substance.
After his arrest, Black was placed into the Cullman County Detention Center where he has since made bond.
