Funeral services for Jack Hill Garnett, age 81 of Cullman, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 11, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Fairview with Bro. David Chambers and Bro. Gene Higginbotham officiating; interment in adjoining cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Garnett passed away Wednesday, February 8th at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born September 1, 1935 in Dadeville, AL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Georgia Stokes Garnett; a brother, Clinton Garnett; and a sister, Rebecca Garnett.
Survivors include his wife, Lora Guthrie Garnett; children, Chris Garnett, Jackie (Paul) Goodwin, Sonya Babb, Shelia Baker, Marty Garnett, Bobby Garnett and Mickey Garnett; sisters, Oreva Lett, Mary Lou (Irvin) Menefee, Betty Sue (Roger) Houle and Deborah (Jim) Lee; brother, Carl (Helen) Garnett; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
