Funeral service for Lucy Mildred Bonner, age 97 of Cullman, will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Randy Sellers, officiating; she will be at church from10:00AM till funeral. Interment will be at Welti Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bonner was retired from the Cullman County Board of Education where she served as secretary at Welti Elementary School.
Mrs. Bonner passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Cullman Long Term Care. She was born Saturday, December 20, 1919 in Cullman, AL.
She is preceded in death by; her Parents Vesta P. and Alpha Goodson Harris, Husband, Leonard Bonner, Son, Donald Bonner, Brother, Raymond Harris and Sister, Eleanor Bonner,
Survivors include: Son Jerry (Shirley) Bonner, Daughter-in-law, Virginia Bonner, Grand Children: Victoria (Tripp) Mullen, Bethany (Aaron) Fortner, Andrea (Mark) Ogles, Shane Bonner, Amy (Stephen) Savant, Brother, Robert T. (France) Harris, Sisters, Ruby Duke, Earline (Charles) Armstrong, and Sue Bice, and 8 Great Grand Children.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home
