Robert Franklin "Frank" Fortenberry, 68 of Addison, entered into rest on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at CRMC.
Frank was born on July 7, 1948 in Haleyville.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 12-2pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where services will be held at 2pm. Pastor Robert Partridge will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Addison.
Frank is survived by his brother, Jerry Fortenberry; sisters, Brenda Benavidez and her husband Rolando, and Betty Johnson and her husband Richard; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Fortenberry; mother Hazel Freeman; and brother, Coy Ray Fortenberry.
