Funeral services for James Aron Price, 86, of Hanceville will be Saturday, January 14, 2017 at noon at Riverside Baptist Church; Doug Pitts, Wendell Peterson and Buddy Jackson officiating; with interment in the church cemetery. He will lie in state from 11 a.m. to noon. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Price passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thornton and Rader Little Price; sisters, Kathleen Davis and Imogene Jackson and brothers, Roy Duke and Ray Duke.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Price; daughters, Hilda League; Kathryn (Tony) Green; grandchildren, Kaitlin (Zack) Purser, Tammy McDowell and Chris McDowell; great grandchildren, Hannah McDowell and Hunter McDowell; brother, Fred Duke and a host of nieces and nephews.
