Mr. Howard Denney, age 83, of Holly Pond, passed away Saturday morning at his home. He was born in Cullman County to Comer Lemual and Mrytis Reid Denney. Mr. Denney and his wife had been married for 61 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Holly Pond, graduated from Holly Pond High School and Wallace State Community College and was a retired paramedic (worked for 41 years at Cullman Hospital). He was predeceased in death by his parents.
Survivors are his wife, Faye D. Denney; son, Dwayne (Pam) Denney; sister, Imogene (James) Glenn; grandchildren, Christopher Denney and Megan (Tyler) Phillips; and great grandchild, Mattie Lynn Denney.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday evening, January 15, 2017. Funeral Service 2 p.m. Monday, January 16, 2017 at Holly Pond Funeral Home, interment following at Holly Pond Cemetery.
