Larry K. Kelley, 75, of Columbus, Georgia, formerly of Haleyville, entered into rest on January 4, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Kelley was on born June 23, 1941, in Haleyville, Alabama. He was a graduate of Lynn High School and was a truck driver for the Winston County Road Department. He was loved and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 12-2pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville. Burial will follow in Ashbank Cemetery.
Larry is survived by his daughters, Jena Alexander and her husband Vincente, and Cindy Martin; sister, Myirl Wakefield; he was "PawPaw" to 6 grandchildren, Brandon (Kaitlyn) Bevis, Anthony Bevis, Shawn Mobley, Daniel Alexander, Valerie Teeter and Christopher (Heather) Williams; and 6 great grandchildren, Ella Kate, Brody and Bret Teeter, Kara and Kaylie Williams, and Isabella Bevis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Effie Kelley; wife, Linda Kelley; brother, Buddy Kelley; and sisters, Margaret Ann Borden, Lola Mae Tittle and Imogene Smith.
