CULLMAN – As Christmas draws closer, many people are still out looking for last-minute gifts. For those who wish to avoid crowded stores, the 10th annual Giant Christmas Sale will be open at the Cullman County Agricultural Trade Center until Christmas Eve. The sale is open until 8 p.m. tonight and from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. tomorrow.

Even two days before Christmas, the sale still has an enormous selection of items at very affordable prices. Jackets and coats are sold for $10, baseball caps for $5, large quilts for around $30, and for a dollar each you can get rolls of wrapping paper to wrap up your gifts. If you get hungry, they also have a table selling fudge from the Dutch Oven bakery and peanuts from Wendell Hunt's farm.

Since the sale ends on Christmas Eve, some shoppers might worry that they won't be able to buy something that they wanted. Don't worry, it won't be gone for good, and you won't even have to wait until next year.

Greg Bentley stated, "At least 75 percent of this stuff goes back to the Cullman flea market for about the same prices." So if you saw something you like but didn't get it, you'll still have another opportunity to buy it.
