CULLMAN – Cullman Police Department (CPD) Narcotics Investigators Chris Thomason and Justin Craft on Monday arrested Jammy Lee Guthery, 43, of Valley Grove for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Investigators previously purchased methamphetamine from Guthery in a controlled buy.
Guthery also had warrants for child support at the time of the arrest and was out on bond for unrelated charges.
Guthery was transported to the Cullman County Detention Center where he was booked on a $30,000 bond.
