GOOD HOPE – Cullman County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) investigators on Monday charged Lawrence Feldman, 47, of Cullman with murder. Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick has identified the victim as Tracy Edy, 44, of Good Hope.
"Last Thursday, Nov. 3, CCSO deputies responded to a call at a residence on Chad Drive in Good Hope," said Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry. "Upon entry, deputies discovered the body of a deceased female and the suspect."
Feldman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at the time, says Gentry.
"Upon further investigation and with more evidence, the suspect was charged with murder," said Gentry.
This is an ongoing investigation; the CCSO will release more information as it becomes available.
Feldman is currently being held at the Cullman County Detention Center without bond.
