ATTENTION CONTRACTORS: The State of Alabama has notified the City of Cullman that all non-residential permits issued by building departments will be subject to a fee of $1 per $1,000 of construction authorized. This fee will be sent to the State of Alabama: The City of Cullman will receive none of the proceeds. All non-residential permits issued after Oct. 1, 2016, will be subject to this fee.
