James William Pryor Funeral Services for James William Pryor, age 74 of Eva will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Etha Cemetery, with Bro. Tim Cole & Bro. Josh Sparkman officiating.

James was born on August 6, 1942 in Indiana, to the late Glen R. & Elizabeth A. Carpenter Pryor; and passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016. He was a graduate of Anderson High School in Anderson, Indiana; moved to Alabama in 1978 to work for Nicholson File and started in 1983 at Americold and stayed until his retirement. Mr. Pryor was also a veteran of the US Army.
Mr. Pryor is preceded in death by his parents, Step-Dad – Authur Koller and one Brother – Glen T. Pryor.
He is survived by his Wife of 42 years Marilyn Mabbitt Pryor; Daughter – Brandy (Steve) Davis; 2 – Step-Daughters – Robin Twigg & Dana Twigg; 7 – Grandchildren – Roseanna, Sophia, Barbara, Doneta, Zach, Sydney & Sage; Several Great-Grandchildren; Niece – Kim Irwin; Nephew – Glen Pryor; and Several Cousins. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
