CULLMAN – The driver of a four-door silver Cadillac sedan driving westbound on Highway 157 careened off the road and into the woods earlier this evening.
The car hydroplaned in the westbound lane, drove over the median, skidded over another puddle, crossed the eastbound lane, left the road and entered the trees lining the highway.
The man was unscathed and assisting the rescue crew as they retrieved his vehicle from the brush.
Luckily, the man’s car avoided all eastbound traffic.
