Glen Phillip Smith, age 62, of Cullman, died Wednesday, July 27, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Amy Marie Smith and his parents: Billy Joe & Melba Jewel Phillips Smith.
Survivors include Joan Smith Vickers, his daugthers: Carrie Smith Taylor (Lance) & Kim Smith Ydel (Bayless); grandchildren: Emily & Maddie Taylor & Phillips & Anna Bayless Ydel; aunt, Margaret Williams; brother, Ken Kishishita; and a host of other family and friends.
The family will celebrate Glen's life with a graveside service at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 1, 2016 at Cullman City Cemetery.
