CULLMAN – Cullman Police Department Narcotics Investigators Justin Craft and Chris Thomason on Monday conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 278 West and arrested a local woman.
An occupant of the vehicle, Latasha Shai James, 27, of Cullman was found to have an active warrant with CPD for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. The warrant was obtained after an undercover operation was conducted in which James sold methamphetamine. James was on probation at the time of the controlled buy as well as at the time of her arrest.
