Funeral services for Lawrence R. Stone, 65, of Bremen will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel; Bobby M. Shedd officiating; with interment in the Valley View Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Stone passed away on March 5, 2016 at St. Vincent’s Hospital. He was born on June 27, 1950 to Leathel & Lillie Mae Tolbert Stone.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Linda M. Stone; three sons: Lawrence R. (Karla) Stone, Jr., Ronald A. (April) Stone and Jonathan E. (Jenny) Stone; nine grandchildren: Kayla D. Stone, Lawrence R. Stone III, Miranda E. (Kody) Lee, Heather E. (Cody) Stevens, Drake L. Stone, Taylen Stone, Emma Farris, Olivia Farris and John Cade Stone; two great grandchildren, Aubrey Lee and Lacey Stevens; and a sister, Earline Day Ballenger.
