Funeral Service for Venora Brannan Ray, age 91 of Cullman, will be at 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Welti Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Bro. Jimmy Peyton officiating; burial at Welti Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Ray passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Hanceville Nursing Home. She was born Tuesday, December 02, 1924 in Cullman, Alabama.
She is preceded in death by her, parents Roy P. Brannan, Lilor Brannan; her husband, James W. Ray; and a sister Inez Johnson.
Survivors include her two sons, Billy R. (Peggy) Ray and Larry K. Ray; a daughter, Peggy (Larry) Cason; two brothers, Cordis (June) Brannan, Hollis (Mary Jim) Brannan; two grandsons, Brannon (Michelle) Ray, Patrick (Emily) Ray; and five great-grandchildren, Jackson, Jordan, Jacob, John Weston & Ava Belle Ray,
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Welti Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
