A memorial service for Donald Ray Smith, age 53 of Cullman, will be at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church at Welti, with Rev. Randy Sellers officiating. Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Smith passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2016 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born August 15, 1962 in Cullman County. He was a truck driver.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Mullins and Tommie Faye Knott Smith; and a sister-in-law, Kennith Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Kelly Smith; four brothers, Gary (Tina) Smith, Larry Smith, Ricky Smith, and Tony (Carolyn) Smith; two step-daughters, Amanda Alexander and Patricia McAnally; and one step-son, Anthony Wright.
