Funeral services for Joyce Ann Gellness, 61, of Crane Hill will be held on Wednesday Jan. 20, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church, Joshua M. Pendergrass officiating, with interment in the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the church on Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Gellness passed away Sunday Jan. 17, 2016 at Brookwood Medical Center. She was born on Aug. 22, 1954 in Birmingham to Jack Hugo & Carolyn Self Battle and is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Gellness; two sons, Marty (Jennifer) Gellness and Bradley (Amy) Gellness; two grandchildren, Emma and Mady Gellness; and a brother, Bruce Battle.
