HANCEVILLE – On Monday, Dec. 21, agents with the Cullman Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) arrested Jamie James Quinn, 36, of Hanceville, James Allan Ford, 24, of Falkville and Steven Ray Moore, 30, of Cullman following a search of a home in the Stouts Mountain community of Hanceville.

After receiving complaints of drug activity from community members, Cullman County Sheriff’s deputies and CNET executed a search warrant on the residence where the suspects had been residing. Confiscated during the search warrant was ICE, a purer form of meth, as well as over a gram of marijuana.

Shortly thereafter, the homeowner and another suspect, Brenda Joyce Waldrep, 60, of Hanceville and Barry James Hollis, 35, of Hanceville, were located by deputies and arrested as well.

“I would also like to commend the community members who took a proactive approach to call in these tips and to help keep their community free from these drugs,” said Sheriff Matt Gentry.  “The community is one of our biggest assets in fighting drugs and the drug dealers,” he added.
