Funeral services for Joseph William Sachs of Cullman will be Wednesday, December 23, at Sacred Heart Church in Cullman at 10:00 am; Father Patrick Egan officiating. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 22 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., with Rosary at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Sachs was born September 25, 1942 to parents John and Ignatia Richard Sachs. He was by trade a Mason. He passed away December 19, 2015 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jo Ann Sachs; and his brother, Richard Carol.
Survivors include his sons, Joe Sachs and David Sachs; daughter, Becky (Philip) Parker; grandchildren, Dustin, Michael, Brittany, David, Evan, Christina, and Sophia; a great-grandchild, Nolan; sisters, Mary Mayo and Sister Bernadette Sachs; and brothers, John Sachs and Jim Sachs.
