Funeral services for Gertrude Crane Brumblow, 80, of Holly Pond will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Shady Grove Church in Walter; Wendell Peterson officiating; with interment in South Cemetery in Blountsville. She will lie in state one hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Brumblow passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at her residence.
She is survived by five children, Jimmy (Gracie) Brumblow, Johnny "Bo" (Shelia) Brumblow, Linda (Bobby) Royster, Robert Brumblow and Larry (Laverne) Brumblow; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; three brothers and six sisters.
