Funeral service for Johnny Clarence “J.C.” Cook, 69, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Tommy Blackwood and Rev. Dillon Calvert officiating with interment in Friendship Methodist Cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Cook passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born on April 20, 1946 to parents, Othell Edgar and Idois Delaine Murphy Cook. He was a long time member and deacon at East Battleground Church. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.
Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Connie Cook; son, Johnny Mark (Chrystie) Cook; brother, Danny (Becky) Cook; sisters, Linda Blackwood and Jo Woodall; grandchildren, Stephanie LaChelle Cook, Karlie Nikole Cook, Lathan Jake Cook, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday night at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. and continue Sunday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
