Funeral services for Imogene Morris Mann, age 84 of Cullman, will be on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Cullman Heritage Chapel with Rev. James Burnham officiating. Interment will be in Cullman City Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Mann went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born September 21, 1931 in Cullman County. She was a homemaker and has been a resident of Folsom Center for the last three years.
She graduated from West Point High School in 1950 and was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. Her greatest joy in life was being the Mother of two wonderful sons. She was a fun-loving person and enjoyed life to the fullest before her health failed. She traveled with her husband for ten years before his retirement.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Talmadge Mann; a son, Gary Mann; her parents, Benjamin Esco and Alice Smith Morris; one sister, Nell Morris Nicholas; two brothers, Gilbert Morris and O’Neal Morris, all of Cullman.
Survivors include one son, Stan (Connie) Mann; of Cullman; one sister, Wauneece Morris (James) Choate of Birmingham; and a number of nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank all the nurses at Folsom Center, especially Angie and Amy who were so very special to her.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
