CULLMAN — The residents and staff of Cullman's Westminster Assisted Living will be auctioning off items on Facebook to raise money for the Walk to End Alzheimer's in October. The facility is taking bids on items until September 23rd at midnight.
“The auction is to raise money for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s which is held on October 2,” said Katina Eades, Westminster’s Executive Director. “The Walk will take place in Decatur this year,” she smiled.
“We have had local businesses donate merchandise for the auction. Then we created a Facebook page and listed everything so that people can go online and make bids. This will last for a week. All the money that we raise will be donated to the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.”
All money goes to the walk to end Alzheimers.

To pay for and pick up items, winners will need to stop by Westminster's front office on September 25th.
