CULLMAN – On Saturday, September 19th, Cullman author, Cliff Powell will be at Deb’s Bookstore from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. signing copies of his new book, “Pray Hard & Speak Life”. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
“Pray Hard & Speak Life” was written from the heart of a man who desires to use his darkest secrets to help others overcome. At age 12, Powell began a 20-year run of life on the wild side, which included binge drinking, drug abuse, and a life of impurity; until finding Christ in 2009, which changed him forever. Powell has written and published about his personal demons of which most would never share. It is a heartfelt life story of overcoming tragedies and finding hope. It is a must read memoir that testifies the love of Christ and the power granted by Jesus to overcome.
“I know that God placed this opportunity into my life to share my story in a way that can reach lost and hurting people all around the world,” he admitted.
