Drug Sting Leads to Arrest of Three

CULLMAN – Agents with the Cullman Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) recently arrested three individuals: Donovan Casey Odom, 42 years old Cullman, Tammy Rena Moore, 28 years old of Cullman, and Xanadu Johnna Sanford, 32 years old of Huntsville for drug trafficking and drug possession.

The operation netted 40 grams of ICE, a purer and stronger form of meth, and 9 grams of Marijuana. Also recovered were several packages of illegal pills, drug paraphernalia and a shotgun.

Tuesday afternoon, July 14, 2015 CNET agents executed a search warrant at a residence on county road 747 where all three individuals where located at the time. When agents were clearing the home they discovered ICE, Marijuana, pills, drug paraphernalia and a shotgun.

“This is a significant amount of meth that has been taken off the streets that could have ruined many lives here in Cullman County,” said Sheriff Matt Gentry. “I commend CNET for their hard work in this operation and tracking down those dealers and putting them behind bars,” added Gentry.

Mr. Odom has been charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Control Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ms. Moore has been charged with Unlawful Possession of Control Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ms. Sanford has been charged with Unlawful Possession of Control Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Mr. Odom, Ms. Moore, and Ms. Sanford are currently being held in the Cullman County Detention Center. Mr. Odom has a $1,000,000 bond, Ms. Moore has no bond and Ms. Sanford is awaiting pickup from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office on other charges.
