I’m set up beside a lady selling some amazing baklava and baked goods, kale, chow chow, peaches, tomatoes, squash, and 'Sophie the soap baby approved' peach Popsicles.”Elizabeth McDowell, Owner of Hippimama Bath & Beauty
CULLMAN – Those that love fresh fruit and vegetables but have a hard time getting to Festhalle Farmers Market in time to get them are in luck. The farmers market has expanded their hours and now residents can buy local, homegrown produce on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
“Cullman is so lucky to have so many top quality farmers in our area,” said Sallie Wilhite. “Fresh fruits and vegetables are now available in the evenings too. I think it's great for all you folks who don't get a chance to come by during the day. Peaches, blueberries, and fresh tomatoes are coming on strong, so now you'll have a chance to stop by on your way home from work.”
Lots are people are stopping by to choose the locally grown produce – you need to too!
