CULLMAN – Located on Highway 31, the Anderson Hotel was the weary traveler’s home away from home. The memorable site continues to be as popular today as it was in years past.
In its heyday, it offered 47 air-conditioned units with a TV, telephone and steam heat. At the time, it had what most people considered to be Cullman's very best motel swimming pool around.
This was one of the first hotels that actually helped bring people into town and build Cullman’s reputation.
