A Guide to St. Patrick’s Day in Cullman

CULLMAN – Local restaurants are offering big fun and entertainment for this year’s St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Live music, giveaways and drink specials are what you can expect at some of Cullman’s favorite night spots.

“We’re going to be having a corn beef and cabbage special for dinner,” said Kyle Spears of Busy Bee. “We’ll also be having $6 Irish Car Bombs, Irish Red on tap, and $3 Irish stouts.”

Brothers Kitchen & Pourhouse will be bringing out the Irish cheer with drink specials, giveaways and more.

“We’ll be having a fun time here,” said Brothers Manager Jared Smith. “We will be open all day, and that night starting around 7 p.m. and we’ll be having live music, drink specials and hope to be doing some fun giveaways to everyone. Should be a great time.”

If you are looking to get an authentic feel for the holiday, then look no further than The Irish Chipper. You won’t need luck this St. Paddy’s Day to enjoy delicious food and much more at this quaint restaurant, which will be opening at 10:30 a.m. and celebrating until 8 p.m. Dancing, music, food and more will be offered by this genuine Irish couple.

“We will be having an Irish Celtic band playing,” said owner Martin Merriman.

“We will also have dancing and will be serving a special menu of authentic Irish food. The oldies radio station will be coming in from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. We hope everyone comes out and has a great time.”

Live music, Irish drinks and lots of food will make for a festive night throughout the city.
