HANCEVILLE – On Tuesday, March 17, at 7 p.m., the New Shanghai Circus will perform in the Betty Leeth Haynes Theatre at Wallace State Community College. The acclaimed circus “will present a variety of feats of skill and daring,” according to a press release. The circus, which began in Branson, Missouri, went on to enjoy a “28-day sold out” run on Broadway in 1999.
The Cullman Community Concert Association has organized the event. The CCCA has been picking up its efforts in recent years, hoping to expose Cullman to more culture and entertaining events.
Tickets for the New Shanghai Circus will be available at the door the night of the event and are priced at $30 for adults and $10 for students.
