UPDATE: 02/26/2015 7:30 p.m.
CULLMAN – Brian Lacy, Cullman Electric Cooperative communications manager, said there are approximately 3,900 members currently without power.
"More than 3,000 (members power) have been restored," Lacy said."
Lacy said the outages are "Still mostly southwest Cullman County and Winston County around the lake."
Areas with lots of trees, Lacy said, where limbs are breaking or sagging due to snow onto power lines are causing most of the outages.
When asked when power could be expected to be restored, Lacy said there is, "no ETA for restoration, but crews are in the field working at this time."
Cullman City Power Board manager Mike Manning said there are still no reported outages within the city.
