Funeral service for Leslie Wade Fowler, 70 of Cullman, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Hopewell Cemetery, Bro. Roland Edwards officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Fowler passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015 at his residence. He was born December 16, 1944 to parents, Leslie Edd and Pauline Bland Fowler. He graduated from Hanceville High School in 1963. He received All-County Basketball in 1961-1963 and earned a basketball scholarship to UT-Chattanooga.
Mr. Fowler was preceded in death by his parents; and his uncles, Ralph Bland and Julian Bland, Attorneys at Law.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys G. Fowler; sons, Colton Fowler, Julio (Jennifer) Valladares; daughter, Caroline (Lucas) Sheppard; 6 grandchildren, London, Lance, Skye, Gage, Grace, and Peyton; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.
