Funeral service for Paula Sue McCravy, 68, of Vinemont will be at 2 p.m., Monday, February 2nd, 2015 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Friendship Methodist Cemetery, Revs. Paul Monk, Steve Rodgers and George Redding officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. McCravy passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 at UAB Hospital. She was born May 12, 1946 to parents, Paul and Bernice Higdon. She was a member of Friendship Methodist Church for over 50 years. She loved singing in church and singing with the Sunshine Ladies Outreach Group. She was a retired school bus driver.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jeff McCravy; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dewey & Gladys McCravy; step-father-in-law, Frank Graul; daughter-in-law, Joan Williams McCravy; sister-in-law, Irene McCravy; brother-in-law, Jack McCravy; nephew, Kevin McCravy.
Survivors include her husband, Donald McCravy; son, David (Amanda) McCravy; granddaughter, Layna (Victor) Arcega; great grandsons, Noah and Eli Arcega; brother, Eddie Dale (Becky) Higdon; nephew, Dusty (Jessica) Higdon and family, Perry (Patti) McCravy and family, Steve McCravy, Jerry McCravy, Randy McCravy; nieces, Brook Higdon, Karen (Larry) Martin & family, Tammy Sharritt, Christy (Shaun) Burgess; brother-in-law, Ray McCravy; Half aunt, Brenda Dale Whitting, half uncle, Comer Murphy; Pet, Tipper; host of step great grandchildren, friends and loved ones.
Visitation will be Sunday evening at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.
