CULLMAN – A legend in country music and a DJ who’s created his own legend since the inception of Rock the South will both be taking the stage at this year’s fastest growing country music festival.
“Travis Tritt is an icon in country music. I can’t wait for our fans to sing so many of his hits at Rock the South this year,” said RTS producer Nathan Baugh. “DeeJay Silver is an incredible artist who does a great job of keeping the energy level at an all-time high! We were one of the first festivals to use a DJ and DeeJay Silver was with us from the beginning. We are proud to have him back!”
On Tuesday, RTS announced “two artists which are synonymous with country music and southern culture,” said Baugh. “Tyler Farr has had huge success recently with his smash hits “Redneck Crazy” and followed it up with a top 3 “Whiskey in My Water.” He is a small town boy and his music reflects that. Corey Smith has been selling out shows all across the Southeast for years. His music is songs from the heart and all about growing up in the South. With the addition of Tyler and Corey, we are continuing to build the biggest Rock the South lineup ever.”
Ticket information will be listed at 4 p.m. on the festival’s Facebook page.
