Funeral service for Dorothy Jeanette Roark Rodgers, 71, of Cullman will be Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Cullman Memory Gardens, T.J. Armstrong officiating.
Mrs. Rodgers passed away Wednesday, January 28th at her residence. She was born February 28, 1943 to parents, John Thomas and Dorothy Jeanette Horton Roark.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert George Rodgers; a brother Tom Roark.
Survivors include her son, Robert Dwayne Rodgers; daughters, Kelly Denise Rodgers Boone, Stacie Jeanette Rodgers Weller, Anna Marie Rodgers Armstrong, Jennifer Louise Rodgers Brooks; brothers, Johnny Ray Roark, Robert Bruce ‘Bobby’ Roark; sisters, Latoyah Blanch Nettles, Georgia May Waitkus; ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday evening at the funeral home from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.
