Funeral service for Terry Ray Hendrix, 50, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Berlin Cemetery, Rev. Junior Braswell officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Hendrix passed away Saturday, January 10th, at UAB Hospital. He was born June 29, 1964 to parents, Von Ray ‘Buddy’ Hendrix and Wanda White Hendrix.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Randy Lee Hendrix.
Survivors include his mother, Juanita Hendrix; birth mother, Wanda White; sisters, Sue Jones, Wanda (Michael) Holley, Benita Freeman, Kathy Freeman, Martha Abbott; a very special friend, Thomas Braswell and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.
