CULLMAN - A Cullman man, Dakota Mardel Sapp, 21, was arrested on New Year’s Day, charged with making terrorist threats.

According to a spokesman for the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), Sapp “entered a local business making threats to harm the attendant working at the store. Sapp was located by CCSO deputies shortly after he left the business.
